Alison Alsbury
Spanning the private, public and
voluntary sectors, Alison’s varied career has focussed on the
management of change. A particular strength is organisational
development; recent assignments have been mostly in the public,
health and charitable sectors. She has successfully applied the same
change management skills to turning round a failing major tourism
attraction, to community and economic development projects, to
facilities management, to policy analysis and to interim
management. Alison combines excellent strategic skills with
practical management ability.
Versatility is
her key strength. Alison has initiated and developed three community
partnerships in areas of deprivation. She excels in all the general
management disciplines, from leading and monitoring people to
accurate forecasting and careful budgetary control. She has
substantial media experience.
Tony Arthurs
Tony is an
accomplished project manager and supply chain specialist with
considerable experience of business process re-engineering, MIS
development, implementation and consultancy. His abilities and
experience have been acquired over nearly 40 years through hands-on
involvement in many successful business development, change and
implementation projects.
He has worked at
director level within a variety of disciplines. He has also
undertaken specialist implementation roles in major ‘MIS’ system
development and implementation projects in manufacturing and supply
chain management.
A key strength is
his ability to integrate change management, process development and
documentation, user education and business & systems process
consultancy.
Jim Edwards
Jim’s varied career has focussed on
delivery and sustainability of social change. Jim is an enabling
leader, who has developed partnerships that achieve step changes in
organisational capacity. He has applied these skills in embedding
changes in the NHS, learning and development and in voluntary sector
service provision, by brokering innovative approaches to policy and
service provision. Jim combines the skills of strategic management
with practical management ability.
Flexibility and problem solving are major strengths, Jim has lead
significant campaigns, led developmental partnerships for
communities of interest and location. He has substantial management
experience, from leading and controlling people to budget
development, forecasting and financial and activity control. Jim has
substantial policy and campaigns experience across the UK
governments and assemblies.
Matt Alsbury-Morris MInstLM MREC CertRP
Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner
Matt is our company’s customer
relationship and human resources specialist. He works to create effective
workplace teams, enabling individuals and their organisations to
succeed on purpose and not by chance – through better skills,
clearer direction and increased motivation.
Matt enjoys working in partnership with
client organisations to provide bespoke solutions in the fields of
Information Systems, Human Resource Systems and Training.
Over 10 years he has completed a
constant stream of in-depth projects by utilising both his technical
ability and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Matt is CIPD registered, and has considerable experience in training
& development. He can provide your organisation with a training
needs analysis, an organisation-wide training plan, and skills and
competency frameworks. |
